2nd RFE on I-140.

Hi all,
I have just got a 2nd RFE on my I-140. Before it was ability to pay( per my employer).
Does any one got two RFEs.
What could be the second RFE?
Can any one help on this please

I know it was ability to pay. But I am asking detailed one
For ex.. company's tax returns (how many years), your W2 (how many years), pay stub etc

Also whats your Labor PD. Is it own labor or sub labor. When did u join the company.

gc4now also please mention ND/RD of your I140..How did u come to know its an RFE ? where there any LUD changes etc ? What did thye ask for and What document did u send them..This info will be usefull for someone to help u.

Thanks for your reply on this.
Per information from employer, my first RFE was on ability to pay and company financials. Mine is substitution labor. I thought when I get 2nd it could be a major :confused:

Hi Unitednations,

After reading your reply again, I think that is what happened in my situation also. Actually they asked tax returns(Employer told me financials and ability to pay) it seems. Company answered to that RFE but I don't know how accurate that is. What do you suggest at this point? Am I in troubles?
If an RFE has not been answered correctly do they deny 140 are they issue another RFE?
