2nd RFE Issued !!!

Whats was ur first RFE for

Can you tell us what was your first RFE issued for and what docs did you send in response to that.

Sorry to hear that. But have you called INS to make sure online msg is correct? Sometimes the msg might be updated incorrectly.

RFE Details

FIRST RFE:

1. SIX months Pay-stubs
2. Employment letter with Future prospects(from employer
3. Photocopy of passport
4. Photocopy of I-94
5. Photocopy of H1-Approval from the current emploeyr
6. W-2 and Tax return with all clauses
7. Chest X-Ray ( The doctor didn't do X-Ray because the skin test showed a spread of less than 4 mm. So, as per the INS regulation, if the spread is upto 4 mm, you need NOT do X-Ray)

We replied with everything. Howevere, it seems inadvertantly, INS sent the Medical docs (I-693) back to me directly. with 2 sealings: "Do NOT open" and "Resealed by VSC"

SECOND RFE:

They say that they received reply to the FIRST RFE in order EXCPET medical report. So asking me to send medical reports.

Then, I approached Dr. who says that she cannot open the envelope containing the medical report since it is sealed by INS.
And, she told me to ask the Lawyer to send it back to INS.

It is all fate/badluck; whatelse I can say?

I think the best idea

is to get another medicl done and send it. That should take care of it. Insist on X-ray ans send the X-Ray regardless.
