2nd RFE in 1 month

I applied GC - EB3 India (PD 3/2003)
Victim of Worst Retrogression (EB3 india)
I have received 2 RFe's in last one month.
1st was for employment letter which I replied.
2nd just came out
Called USCIS and they said I shall have to wait for RFE letter which shall go to lawyer
Has anyone gone through this scenario ?
What could the second RFE be for ?
 
Recieved 2nd RFE and replied. LUD changed to standard ....We recieved your response Blah Blah Blah.... :eek:

Can you detail the what they asked in the second RFE and your response to that?
 
What employment letter for the first RFE? I thought employment letter is only needed for I-485. There is something wrong. The only thing for I-140 from your side is diploma, evaluation, and references (if required). Nothing else. Well, maybe copies of I-94 and others. But employment letter?!
 
I got RFE's for I-485.
They asked for EVL and than G325A form to be filled out again since I had changed employers using AC21
