Why there is no sticky forum for the 2nd Package?

Can any previous winner or current Dv-2008 winner, who got the second package, give all the details of 2nd package? For example, what forms and vaccinations are required, especially for middle east countries?

Police records
education
work
deportation/court papers
birth, divorce, marriage certificates
medical exam
passports
military records, if applicable

Vaccinations have been covered on the forum many times. Search, please.

The best way to help you is whether a very nice and kind participant in this forum scan a copy of the second letter received and so you avoid any false or misinterpretation of people about real documents, details and proper order of them.

As you must know it does not matter if it is a DV-2008 or a previous winner, KWT is just looking for a guidance and according to my limited knowledge contents of second letter must be practically the same no matter if you are DV-2008 winner or DV-2007 winner, so I respectfully insist if somewhere any kind and nice previous Diversity Visa Lottery winner can scan his/her second notification letter will be the best way to help our partner KWT.
