2nd OPT after 3 yr break in F1 status.

Hi All,

I had applied for (but never used) OPT after I graduated from my undergrad program 5 years ago. I worked in the US in a non F1 status for 3 years after that. I am now in about to graduate from an MBA program; can I apply for the OPT again?
