2nd Oath letter ?

Has anybody received 2nd oath letter in the mail? I had brief tense moments seeing another letter from USCIS in my mail box today. I thought they might have de-scheduled it or sent an RFE or something. Then I opened it to see the same oath letter again with some difference. The 1st copy had entrees like A#, dates handwritten and my address was on a sticking lable. It looked like a simple printout but today's copy looked more official, everything computer typed. First one came from local DO but 2nd one came from NBC in MO. Anybody had the same issue before?

I am just writing this to let other readers know all the things that happen during this process.

From your description, it looks like the DO wants to get you ASAP into an oath ceremony and was afraid a letter from NBC might not get to you in time. You only have 6 days from OL to OD, which is really short.
