My H1 is expiring this year in Nov. I have not yet used my EAD but have been revalidating the EAD every year. I am still on H1-B. I am being offered a 2nd part time job which I can work either of W2 or 1099. My question is:
1) Can I work a 2nd part time job on EAD ? If I do the second job in EAD then my H1 status becomes invalidated . If that is true then do I need to work on EAD for my primary job with the Green Card sponsoring employer or can I work on H1 for him and work in EAD for 2nd employer ( part time )?
2) Does working a 2nd job on EAD create any complicacies in my I-485 adjustment? I already have done my interview.
Please suggest what would be the best option for me?
