I've put the following message in the "485 Issues in TSC" forum for 2 days but haven't got any reponse. Just realized here might be the right place to post. Sorry for cross posting. My case is as follows:
Company A sponsored my I-140 and I-485. After 140 approved and 485 pending for a year, I moved to company B doing the same type of job as with A. Now 485 is still pending, but unfortunately I have to leave B and join company C (B is currently in very bad financial situation and not willing to provide employment verification letter to support my AC-21). C has no problem with providing the letter for my AC-21.
I am concerned if I could get any trouble from USCIS for approval of my 485 due to the lack of emplyment verification with B, even though I have one from C.
Any information and help is greatly appreciated.
