Guys as expected and as i"ve kept u updated in my case I've received tons of RFEs(1 RFE asking many things)

1. Prove birth reords by showing church, hospital, school records etc etc. Any idea what else can be used from India i.e. Ration card, will parents passport copies work too??
2. EVL listing my current position, salary and all benefits & company supports me in connection with 485 application & the terms & condition of the application for alien emploment certification continue to exist. Are the wordings on this normal and usual for EVL RFE??? Pls share ur experience.

For birth records, here are the list of docs I sent to USCIS towards my RFE(Birth and Parentage):
1) Four Affidavits attested. One from my dad, one from my mom and two
from my aunts. My lawyer drafted the sample affidavit for me. It clearly stated my date of birth.
2) All the school certificates that listed my birth date and my parents name (CBSE 10th and 12th certificate, High School provisional and transfer certificate, Engineering Transfer Certificate and conduct certificate).
3) Horoscope - Translated and attested
4) Ration Card - Translated and attested
5) Awards Certificates (Only those that listed my parent's name)
6) Medical Records that listed my birth date and parents name
7) First Page of passport that listed my date of birth and the last page of passport that listed my parents name

Good Luck

I have only one doc which has both parents names. I don't have my birth certificate thats why they r asking so much papers. Ration card is my only hope here. rest all my school awards, college docs only has father name. same thing goes for my wife too.

I have the affidavits and not found certificate and thats all (along with passport's first & last page) i can produce right now. I can't think of any other documnet to provide or produce because i don't have any.

Will these do??
