May be some of you remember our case, which was that we went to our 1st Interview in April and because of our unique living situation ( he lives in San Francisco with 2 roommates ) and I live 30 min. away with a live-in position as a Nanny. All the evidences we brought ( we've been a couple for 5 years ) weren't looked at and the interview took 5 minutes.
So we talked to a lawyer and she said we should move together which we are gonna do now ( even we are super happy with our situation-which probably no one understands, who doesn't know us ). Anyways, another problem which occured is, my husband has to go to Korea for 4-5 months starting in august 06 for a job and I can't go and visit him which is really upsetting ( I overstayed my visa).
So now the whole moving situation doesn't make sense because his lease is til august 06 and I thought we would have more time, but we'll basically go to the interview with the same evidences, no apartment together etc. (o.k. we got health insurance together through his work and more pics ).
I think there's not much advice I can hope for since it is a complicated process. Our lawyer said she wouldn't take our case, if we don't live together and said she wouldn't want my name on my husbands lease (because of the roommates etc. ) She also mentioned field investigators and I truly hope they are on our asses, so they can see what our relationship is like and that it's not fake.
So, I just had to get that all of my mind and share it with all of you. I would love to hear about 2nd Interviews (called Fraud interview by the way...). I know it's gonna be hard and it scares me a lot.
We gonna put my husband now on my lease, which we didn't do before because we didn't want to lie about it. Does anyone know if you can get approved at the 2nd Interview right away, or do they check all the questions later and it takes some time.
I decided to take some nude pictures of us (nothing serious, don't worry ), but I'm just at that point where I don't care anymore...o.k. may be I'm not gonna show them
...anyways, feels good to be back and hope everyone is doing better then me...
