I started to work for company A after I got the H1B transfer receipt.
this transfer is still pending.
now I wanna join company B, can I do another h1b transfer immediately with the 1st pending?
---let H1 Transfer be approved( your H1 transfer has NOT been Approved at this time you have only filing reciept for work) then file H1 transfer through B then with C and then with X, why you poeple jump the employers in 2-3 months? dont you think if you have to change then join good employer and no need to jump from A to B to C then D then X
