2nd FP's results sent to BCIS - RD 03/27

I gave my FP's on 10/28. Just now called FBI. Told that they sent FP results to BCIS on same day (10/28).

Does the USCIS Case Online show a new status for your EAC number?

Spouse did FP2 on 10/25. called FBI and they sent the result to BCIS on 10/26. no update online.

Can some give me a number to be called to verify the FP results.
We did our 2nd FP on 10/22 in Houston and no update till date.
