Hi:

My 485 details are

Self
RD:Jan2003
ND:Jan2003

Spouse:
RD:Jan2003
ND:Feb2003

1st FP happened in April 2003 and it's now 15 months since the 1st FP neither me nor my wife have received 2nd FP notice. The message on Online Case Status had not changed since day one of Jan 2003. (Currently on 2nd EAD self and spouse)

Should I contact NSC reg 2nd FP ?

Absolutely no use contacting NSC.
Your RD is Jan 2003 .... the latest report states they are processing only Feb 2002.
That's nearly a year before your RD !!

So you will get the standard answer to wait till JIT has passed your case date by atleast 30 days.

You are not technically a backlog case yet - so even Senator/Congress person can't help you.

Be patient - that's all :)

I am also RD/Jan '03. I do not think we should expect any notice for FP2 or RFE or Approval for a while. I have only seen a handful of cases with RD of Dec '02 that were actually touched by the adjudicators.

Given this fact, I think the real action is going to occur sometime in the beginning of 2005.
