I am about to renew EAD and AP for the second time. How many days before the expiration date should I submit the renewal? Should I renew EAD at least 90 days before the expiration?

How about AP?

Looks like our Files are Finally touched after almost two years.

From the other posts looks like things are going to move now
and we will see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I am also wiating for mine. My wife(primary applicant) received 2nd FP. I am waiting for it.

I think, this is a computer generated document!!!

we received 2nd FP notice on Dec 23rd, no RFE received yet.

ND : Mar 2002

1ST FP : April 2002

recd 2nd FP for primary (myself).
Still waiting for 2nd FP notice for my wife!!

Any ideas why only the primary seems to be receiving 2nd FP notices, at least first. Will wife's FP notice come later? Did anybody call cust service on this? Did others who recved notices for all applicants received it together?

ND/RD feb 2001

FP on 1/24 in SF.
 
I got Mine and for my SOn also

The additional 2nd FP notices for Self and son also came today,
Will go in for early FP sometime in Jan.
Looks like they dont need photographs anymore, they hav'nt asked this time.

I Hope this is due to some Guy picking up the files and then shooting off request for FP and the First FP's have expired.

This looks like is the trend.

I havn't rec'd any RFE yet.

It looks like a lot of February ND cases received 2nd FP notices. Were the January ND cases skipped?

still waiting for my 2nd FP.
 
Got my (I am the primary) second FP notice scheduled for 01/31/04 by mail on 12/26/03. My I485 No is wac021335xxxx.No sign of my wife's second FP notice as yet.
 
It seems that Jan ND cases skipped . Hey, guys anybody got 2nd FP (Jan ND cases).

I think Jan cases will get approval without 2nd FP or RFE...:)

Just kidding...

May be they will touch Jan cases on Jan'2004..

is this 2nd FP region based??

Guys,

Do you see any pattern in this 2nd FP notices .. Aren't most of these 2nd FP cases in northern CA area ..

I dont see that many 2nd FP notices from Southern CA area .. feel the same ??? :mad:
