I did concurrent filing in Aug 2002. Gave FP within two months and the status of FP was updated by INS in Aug 2003. Then I received 2nd FP for Aug 5th 2004. I gave it, called FBI later and they confirmed receiving the prints on the same day and sending the results on Aug 5th itself to INS. Today the case status was updated with a message saying that the INS received my FP results on Aug 12th 2004 and processing has resumed.
1) Does it mean that my case will come to a conclusion very soon?
2) I also noticed that most of the applicants who did concurrent filing starting Aug 2002 were getting no RFE's for employment letter. Did anyone notice the RFE trend for AUG/SEP/OCT 2002 filers?
