2nd FP resumed; but RFE on wife's AP

Hello Guys

After my 2nd Fep on 7-Jan-04 (went ahead of schedule), my
online status changed to "On January 9, 2004, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received" .

My AP was approved two days back,but wife's AP was issued an RFE and she did get 2nd FP either.

Does anybody knows what will be the RFE ?

marriage cert or photo

Usually its one of these. It happened to me too - even after the lawyer submitted the marriage cert when applying.

I dont remember submitting a marriage certificate or photo.

if thats all they want,i can submit it..

the rfe will most probably ask :

1. Your I-140 approval notice (copy)
2. Marriage cert (may or may not ask)
