Called IO,she said I was issued with 2nd FP in March which I did not recieve.
she looked into the system and told that it was send to my lawyer and asked me if she is still my Lawyer.Since I moved company long ago I told her she is no more representing for me.Then she gave me a Fax # and asked me to send a simple letter saying that the lawyer is no more representing me, also she said she would be rescheduling it.Immediately I faxed it.waiting for 2nd FP.
Summary:If you used AC21 and not received 2nd FP then it mght have lost.Call IO or take Info pass and somehow get 2nd FP.
