2nd FP Question

I have done my FP1 in NOv(01st) of 2002, Technicall they have expired on Feb 01 2004 15 months time, Can some one let me know when can i expect the FP2 notice based on that i want to follow it up with the congressmen's office, I am in Boston, MA area,
