2nd fp notice

Guys, after how many months should I expect 2nd fp notice from the INS.
If I do not receive on time, what are my options?

my 15 months of First FP was over on Jan 8th 2004.

guys, as you must have observed on this forum, process of getting 2nd FPs, as a matter of fact even the first FPs, is extremely varied, and depends on things like where the applicants are present, what stage the application is at.. etc.

parsu, your RD is 09/03/02, so you are still a little away from your case being active. Unfortunately, with the current delays, a lot of first FPs will expire.

I think if BCIS gets overwhelmed with issuing and co-ordinating 2nd FPs, they might cancel the rule which voids the first FP results after 15 months.

so my point is, if your RDs are not near the current processing RDs, do not worry too much over this.

So, I should be reminding INS to send me 2nd FP notice after 15-16 months of 1st FP.
