I just registered to this forum. I have the following details.

RD: Jun/02
ND: 25/Jun/02
1st FP: 15 /Aug /02

I do not find any change on my status from day one. It still says "Your application was received...It takes 570-600 days."

I find people with ND as late as AUG/SEP getting 2nd FP notices/RFEs. There are not many JUN cases. Just wonder about the peculiariaties of USCIS. However, no jealusy towards the later ND guys.

Also noticed some of the OCT ND cases showing status of "FP received...". I once called FBI and confirmed that my 1st FP has been sent to USCIS. However, the status never reflected that. Is it some thing quite normal? Anyway, the ist FP has long expired. Waiting for the 2nd FP notice and/or RFE.

ND of Sept 03 2002 -- 2nd FP

One of my friend got 2nd FP today. RD=Aug 25 2002 ND is sept 03
Second FP = 3/29/2004
 
My FP expired on Dec 25, 2003 and has not recieved any info as yet.honey

Yesterday I have received my 2nd FP notice, I am thinking this got triggered because of AR 11 form …….Just week ago I got confirmation regarding change of address from USCIS .
Let me know if anybody got 2nd FP notice, because of AR11 …….just we will know what scenario going on?

here is the updated FP tracker with all the data.

i think most of the Aug/Sept o2 files are receiving FP notices, and also those who are applying for EAD, AP are also receiving FP notice.

AC21 triggering 2nd FP

Guys,

Could everyone who recieved 2nd FPs please confirm if they all filed AC21 lately? Just wondering if the 2nd FPs are triggered by AC21 filing

FP Notice

I got the Second FP notice today.

ND : July 17,2002

I applied for my 3rd EAD online on March 22 and the FP notice was issued on March 26.
 
Should I put mine here? Why not!

RD/ND: June 2002
1st FP: August 2002
2nd FP: April 19th, 2004

AD: June 2004 without RFE
 
2nd FP

I485 RD/ND: July 2002
1st FP: September 2002
2nd FP: May 6th, 2004
(Received on March 30th)

Have no idea what triggered 2nd FP (1st expired in Dec 2003; no AC21; no AR11; 3rd EAD/AP yet to be applied)
 
Hi ,

Here is my obeservation from this thread and various other threads where they have posted the FP information.

People who had their FP doen during Aug/Sept/Oct 2002 are getting their 2nd FP notice.

Add your thoughts to this.

Oct FP-no 2nd FP notice yet

Our Fp was doe in Oct, we haven't received 2nd FP notice yet. I think they have started working on June, July , August & September cases simultaneously! Hopefully everyone's files will be touched by the end of April:)
