Eventually I received my 2nd FP notice which arrived 2 months after my wife's. And I got it done yesterday.

I really hope this means our 2001 filers' turn comes eventually.

you probably don't need 2nd FP at all since your case was touched and issued RFE before the 1st expired. But i am not 100% sure, BCIS has its own logic at which i am always confused.
