My PD is july 2002 and I-485 RD: is dec 2004
gave my FP code 3 in July 2005
Got 2nd FP notice for june 27th 2007
What does it indicates ..Is my case is still under name check/secuirty check pending ...?
Spouse already gave her 2nd FP in Feb 2007
Had several LUD in april 2007

Any guys are with me in similar situation...Please post.

It is a good sign that you are receiving fp. By the way, what is the notice date of your FP? when did you receive your fp notice?

Notice date for FP code1 is june 13th 2007 after my case became current
earlier in july 2005 I gave Code3 FP both ten fingerprints and biometrics.
 
I am in same boat. FP notice issued. PD 07/02 and NSC RD 12/03.
Are we going to miss the boat due to FP delays?
Why do you (waiting for myGC) feel, it is a good news. I believe it is terrible news.
