2nd FP message not updated .

We did our second FP about 4 months ago but the online and telephone message is still stuck at the first FP we did about 18 months ago.
Is this normal.
Is there any way to get info from FBI or any other source.

don't worry.

I scaned a range of 485 cases this morning. One case was approved. I checked my yesterday's scan, it was just showed the first FP. That was expired many months ago. Evidently the second FP didn't get updated.

It most cases, online does not update for 2nd FP !!
