2nd FP done...now what?

I did my 2nd FP last Saturday (May 1, 2004) in Newark. It took 5 minutes, no waiting.
Now what? Hoping that someone will take a look at my case, realize it is straight-forward and approve my GC?
How much longer....I'm losing patience.

ND: April 28, 2002
1st FP: July 8, 2002
2nd FP: May 1, 2004

Advance Parole expiring end of May, 2004
EAD expiring end of June,2004.
(should I renew both?)
 
I think you should apply for both EAD/AP and renew them just to be on the safe side.

There's no trend for anything. Alteast it's better to be safe than sorry! I have seen April 02 approvals, but then it's seldom.

You won't be sweating if your GC does not come in time and your EAD is expiring.
 
Now: waitttt wait wait..

You may have to wait for several months for RFE like I was.. then after RFE response, you may have to wait several months for transfer or approval.. like I am waiting..


Wait is the answere... I lost my sensitivity of patience..
 
Yo NJ-NY, I am in the same boat, 2nd FP done on 12th March, still waiting n waitin'........hopefully Summer days will trigger these guys to wake up & then go work on our applications. Yes, "tufan" is right there is no trend after 2nd FP as such.
