2nd FP and Transfer of the case

Are there any cases transferred after 2nd FP. Can we take it granted that 2nd FP means no transfer of the case.

I don't think you can take anything for granted. Until and adjudicator sits down and starts the process, there is no way to know if an RFE, transfer or other action will take place. 2nd FP seems to be the first part of the various security checks that the adjudicators go through before even beginning to weigh up the case itself. Just my opinion though.
