Hi,
After waiting over a year for my interview,i had it in last September after 2 weeks i received recommended for approval notice.
Since then didn't get the final decision yet, today i received another letter and it was Fingerprint Notification,
What does that mean?is this type of procedure routinely done to Asylum applicant,or is it for 2nd interview ??
Thanks for help

I think, the recommended approval means that the Asylum Office made a positive review of your case but they cannot grant you asylum until they receive current results of the background check which are obtained after the fingerprints. And since your fingerprints results are expired (usually expire around 12 months), this means that you need to do fingerprints again so that AO can have current background results in order to send you the final approval notice.
In conclusion, I will say that this is normal and does not mean that you will do a second interview.

By the way, your case is interesting for me and many of the ones in the backlog. Can you please post your timeline on your account as a signature?
