2nd Finger print nitice in 3 months

Hi

I need a help in find a solution that My wife applied her GC on Feb 26 2003(RD 2/26/03).She got a 1st finger prints for May 21 2003.We did it.Now we got a another finger print notice from BCIS .And When we check the online message It say the FP has been received ane the process is resume for the case.

Could please sugges what to do now?..

Lots of times you receive second finger print notice if you do not get the proper print first time. I won't be too worried about this if I were you.

Should I go or Should I need to call BCIS?... Because my original address in GC is NH but I am in Detroit now .My letters are going to my friend home.

My FP notice has this section:

-----------------------------------------------------
PLEASE DISREGARD THIS NOTICE IF:
1. YOU HAVE BEEN FINGERPRINTED WITHIN THE LAST 90 DAYS,
2. ...
3. ...
-----------------------------------------------------

So read your FP notice carefully and see if there's such a section. If yes and since your case status says '... FP results received and process resumed ...', just ignore the notice. However, it wouldn't hurt to go for that 2nd FP -- they may or may not let you do it. You should be fine either way...
 
Here is my experience on this. I went to Atlanta BCIS to get my re-fingerprinting done. There were several people with the fingerprint notices even though they had done their fingerprinting recently. What they did was, they went and talked to the supervisor. after checking their records in the system, supervisor put a note on their notice saying that "no need to fingerprint, already done". She took the photocopy of the notice and told them that she will be sending the notices to head office to let them know about it. So I would suggest you to go to BCIS office and talk to supervisor about it. They will let you know if you need to do it again but do not ignore it.
