2nd Finger print for Spouse not received

Hi
I have not received the 2nd finger print notice of my wife.We contacted the USCIS and got the reply (useless as always ) that " you will get the notice when we will send you and we can not tell when " . What can I do make sure that she gets her finger print notice.Last time we both got the finger print notice togather.I am just trying my best to be ready for the"JUNE BUS".
Any idea will be appreciated.
 
Try with 485 receipt date

1. Check with lawyers if they have received your spouce's FP notice.

2. Take 485 receipts and your FP notice (also previous FP notices if you have with you). Explain it to Manager as ASC (FP Center). They allow FP as long as both 485 are together.

2nd Biometrics letter

I received the biometrics letter (2nd) but my wife did not. No luck in after calling the 800 #. Case transferred from VSC to TSC in March. Anyone else in the same situation?
