2nd Employment RFE..Jaxen Need Help

Hi Jaxen,
I got a 2nd RFE saying that my current employer is different from the one on 1-140. so submit a letter from new employer with terms and condition of employment, job duties, requirements and job wages. My question is why did I get the 2nd RFE even after submitting the employment letter with 1st RFE. Only thing missing in the 1st employment letter was keyword permanent employment as my employer refused to put that in the letter with an explanation that I am a W2 Consultant and my job is there as long as I am on contract and not an permanaent employee!!
My attorney also suggested this probability....But he says, we will submit new employment letter with more job description!! Nothing to worry!
Does I-485 petition requires my new job must be permanent? Will this work... I need a second opinion..Please reply...

yes the job has to be "permanent". I dont see why the employer does not want to commit to the word permanent, as long as they have a contract that says they can fire you anytime.

The permanency indicates the demand for the job, maybe they can say the requirement is not temporary..
