My EAD is expiring on 8/4 and my 90 wait for the EAD renewal application falls on 8/9 - so I plan to go to the INS office in San Jose on 8/9 to get the EAD thing done.
What are the documents I should take ?
I got laid off last month and haven't found a new job - but will get a pay stub this month. My company is willing to help me with my GC in keeping me on the roll and issue a pay stub as and when I request.
Can I take a partial pay this month so I will have some $ in my kitty and take another paystub when I really go for the stamping.
Will the pay figures that is less than the labor condition affect during EAD renewal
