2nd EAD fingerprint issue..

Hi :

We received our 2nd EAD renewal. The "index finger" fingerprints
is not on the EAD card. Within the box there is a text message saying "Fingerprint is not available"..

Is that going to be a problem ?? Do I need to inform INS about that ? Or Do I need to send my Fingerprints again ?? where do I do Fingerprints for my EAD card ??

dont worry

Fingerprints are not mandatory for EADs. Fingerprints are added to the EAD card when you go for the interim EAD. Only INS offices are authorized to do the fingerprinting.
