At least some things are moving in CSC! No movement on my I-485 application yet.

same here. 3rd EAd app was sent in the 3rd week of Jan. Got the card in the 1st week of March. Good thing is that it is valid from June 2004 (after expiry of my current card).

AP was also received in the same time. But, they did not post date it.
 
Filing of EAD

I do not file any documents myself. The law firm hired by my employer takes care of everything. I usually have to sign something here and there every now and then.

My employer filed the paper work, I just sign where I need to sign. The attorney works for the employer sent the stuff to B(ci)S.

Did you file the AP renew the same time as the EAD?

I filed the AP the same date as EAD, got the renewed EAD card in the mail yesterday. The online msg for AP is 180-220 days to process such case blah blah..

We have paralegal in office, they file for us. Mine is expiring in Aug, so do you think I should file by mid April, so that if it does not come, I can pick up iEAD?
 
2nd EAD Approved

Receipt Date - 02/01/04 - E- filed (made a mistake in name, sent a letter for correction)
Notice Date - 02/02/04
Online shows Approval Date to be - 03/17/04

My son's EAD is not yet approved, has the same receipt and notice date (or probably not yet updated).
 
Filed Feb 1st - received Feb 2nd and Approved March 17th.

They have improved on EAD's.

Anyone - is your new ead valid from the apprival date or expiration date of your old EAD?

Please let us know.
 
Got the EAD Card in Mail

Received the EAD card in mail yesterday, 3/17/2004.
The cards were mailed on 3/15/2004.
Case approved on 3/10/2004.

Currently on 2nd EAD, 2nd AP.

Second AD was approved for me too. ND was Jan 27.

Pretty quick, but sadly this is my 3rd EAD.

Received EAD card

Received EAD card in the mail yesterday. My first EAD will expire in June, 04. The new card has validity from June 04 to June 05.
 
EAD and AP received

Picked up card and AP papers from my lawyer yesterday. This is my third set.

EAD is WAC-04-089-5xxxx and AP is WAC-04-090-5xxxx.
RD is Feb 10, 2004 and ND is Feb 12, 2004 for both of them.

EAD is good from date of expiry of previous EAD (June 2004) till a year from then. AP is good from March, 2004 till a year from then.
