Here are details of my case

140/485 concurrent filing 06/03

140 approved APR 19th 2004.

2nd EAD and AP applied in FEB/MAR 2004

2nd EAD and AP approved on May 11th 2004

EAD card and AP documents received promptly.

& guess what, although I am registered on the USCIS website, my EAD and AP cases show up as not yet approved. Moreover I did not get any email notification from USCIS nor has the 485 date changed.

But as long as I am getting what I am supposed to get, I am happy!

makeurpoint ...have you checked the send email check box for the case?? cause i got an email on my AP approval..seems like some are getting emails promptly and some or not ..maybee this is the reason..some folks may not have the email option checked...just a guess

EAD filed on 02/18 ( myself, wife) - approved 05/11

AP filed on 02/18 for myself, 02/24 for my wife and 03/15 for my Son

All approved together on 05/11

Don't ask me why the dates for AP are different. I had sent all documents together but those are the Dates that we got back from USCIS.

The only thing that I don't like is that the EAD is valid from the expiry of the 1st EAD. The AP is valid upto one year from the date it was issued and is not sequential as the EAD is.

Also as far as clicking on the EMAIL option, Ii had set it to YES in my portfolio but nothing as of today yet.

I am yet to receive my 1st FP notice, I am hoping that it will come sometime this year!

I did check by logging into my portfolio as well as thru the online status check - NO CHANGE NO UPDATE.

Moreover the 1-800 no also does not show as its approved. The Recorded message still says it will take bet. 180 ----- days to approve......

Be happy that they are working on your cases than updating the message system! (joking!)

lavanya, my RD for AP and EAD is 03/22 as well. Lets update each other if our petition gets approved.

My ND is 03/19, I got my AP approval today and my wife received it yesterday. They must be working on your petition.
