Hi,

I aplllied both on March 18th , EAd got approved last week..but still waiting on AP...any idea when we can expect AP!!?...I wa thinking both will aprove at the same time!!?

Hi Nimmi,

I want to file for EAD by myself. I have applied for my I-485 at NSC center. If any of you have applied for EAD recently please let me know which is the better option (mailing or e-filing). If by mailing where should we send the packet. I saw the form on the web site and there is one that is expiring on 30-APR-05 (tomorrow) where can I get the latest or that is valid if I apply after 30-APR-05.Please let me know all the details needed for applying at NSC.

I have a question for AP form.
When you apply for AP in the form of Part 1, class of admission,
What do I need to fill up in the class of admission.
Is this a visa status of entering to usa in the first time or current status?
I am waiting my I-485 approval after filed on 2004,June.
my 140 approved on Mar,2005.

Is there anybody to know this class of admission.

I am not sure, because everything was done by my attorney.
