AP renewal

Just sent in renewal for EAD and AP (RD 09/29/03)

According to BCIS we should have the renewal for EAD in about 80 days, but for the AP is says processing time is424 to 454 days!

What was the processing time that they quoted you? Three months is nothing to worry about, but a year is really a problem if we can't leave the country.

OR can we leave the country with just the receipt acknowledgement for our AP since it is just a renewal? We did have our passports stamped this summer we travelled abroad - it says they are good until next July.

Which address do we send in the renewal application for EAD, if we send by FEDEX ..
