Need Advice-Wound in Right thumb

Hi Folks,
I have my 2nd FP scheduled at Boston on 5th Aug. 2003.

My problem is, I have a scare/wound in my right thumb, which developed during the last 6-8 months - not due to injury - but may be due to dry skin or some deficiency. It doesn’t look like it's going to heal in next few weeks.

Please take a look at the attached close-up photo of my right thumb.

I fear that my 2nd FP will be a problem due to this. Any one who has a similar situation please post your experience.

Gurus please advice what should I do?

Any idea, why did you get 2 nd FP prior to your case approval?
