2FP done, not updated yet

My 2nd FP (1st in April 2002) was done a month ago. My spousal 2nd (1st in Feb. 2003) and child's 1st (over 14 now) wre done two weeks ago. TSC webpage did not show the updates of FPs. Calling 1-800 was time waste (after waiting for 30 min). Is there any channel to make sure TSC got htem in time. BTW ND was 1-22-2002. Closer, hopefully.

how can you?

Can you please tell us how can you do your second finger print while your first one still valid? My fp is 04/2002 too, and I am thinking to do my again too.
