My Story guys.

Both myself and wife applied together. My wife was my beneficiary,
I was primary.
RD Sep 17 2001
ND Sep 28.2001
Got laid off on Jan 18th 2002
Finger print date March 8th. Gave finger print on March 2nd.
My wife got approval on June 17th. I didn't get approval.
Lawer told me that benificary getting approval before primay is
unsual, but they can't send an enquiry till INS says it is processing
cases of receipt date till sept 17th.
On Nov 20th, I checked my online status and found that RFE has
been issued on my case. Didn't receive the RFE. Lawer called INS
on Dec 12th and found that RFE has been cancelled on Nov 26th.and representative
couldn't give any reason for that.
Checked the online status on Feb 18th and found that my case has
been approved on Feb 14th. Got the approval notice in mail today(2.20.03)
This form has been giving me lot of confidence during the whole process.
