RD - Aug 02 case transferred to Boston office
Folks,

Just want to see if other folks are on the same boat. My case, Rd Aug 02 is being transferred to Boston office. I've heard that the interview scheduling will take several months...etc. Anyone out there recently did their interview at the Boston office? My case is a 245i case, anything I need to be worried of? Any recommendation on what should I bring...etc. I am going to ask my lawyer to be in the interview with me, is this a wise move?

Mine is 245i too. Please let me know how much your attoney charge to come in for the interview. Did you move from one state to another after filing for 485? or did you change your address after filing for 485. I moved from Providence, RI to Detroit after filing for 485. Mine RD is Nov02. I am not sure whether they transfer my case to providence or Detroit if they decided to transfer. I filled AR11 and my attorney sent a letter to VSC. I am not sure whether they updated my address. Please help me out. Please update me what happened in your interview. Thanks for your assistance.
 
Call to the office where case transfered..... u aldready have receipt #

ask to update ur address and make sure that u send local office ur update addrss in written.

Use ur attorney for paperwork. they would response to your attorney.

I believe dealing with local office is more easy for u rather than dealing with texas center....

see what they say about it.
