Anyone approved under 245(i) or 245(K)?
I have to go for an interview and would like to know your experience.
 
I was "approved" under 245i as was "minicabs"-- search the nyc interview thread for interview experiences

My case got approved after 5 min interview.
She did not ask me anything (I did not have to open my bag)

I was approved under 245(k). It was no problem except it took a VERY long time.

ND 11/01
TD 12/02
ID 3/04 and approved

Would you mind sharing
- did you ever travel on AP and/or face any problem on travelling while your I485/245K was pending ?
- Did you mention anything in I485 app or file something special to cover under 245K ?

I really do not know how my lawyer presented 245(k) situation when they first sent my 485 application but I did apply under 245(K) (my lawyer showed me the cover letter)

I had AP but never used them (I have three). My lawyer told me it won't be a problem but i did not want to risk it.

At the interview we were prepared to pay the penalty of $1,000 just in case they might disapprove 245(k) and i have to go for 245(i). But she did not even ask me any questions about it.

Loooooooooong wait was the only problem I had.
