Hi All,

An indian company sponsered my H1B visa. I attended to interview in 2007 December and was given a blue slip with Administrative processing checked. Now(July 18th 2008) i received another blue sheet which says to submit document under each categories(From petetioner, From you(Or your family working memeber), application processing Information, Other). It has listed out different documents Under each section except application processing Information sectio.Under that it [says'The petition is being returned to USCIS for further review.Upon completion of the review, USCIS will contact your petetioner.Pelase wait for a notification from the consulate before returning'

They asked me attend interview on any Tudesday, wednes day or thurs day from 9.00am to 12.00 Noon.

What does this mean?
Does this blue sheet is a notification from consulate?

Do we need to carry all the printed documents on the sheet, coz some of the documents doesn't seem to be applicable to me for example Notarized letter from the petitioner explaining the failure to pay the approved wage for the following period

If anybody faced this issue before please share their experiences

The notification is from the consulate. Is the job offer still valid? Yes take all the documents (whatever possible) - also talk to your US employer.

Thanks for reply. In the letter it is mentioned that, " If you have not responded within 1 yr of your 221(g) ineligibility, application will expire" it means 1 year from the date on which i last attended my interview right???
One of my friend had also got 221(g).Before receiving similar letter from consulate, his passport has been changed. Can he carry different passport to consulate?

WOuld it be a problem since, petetion and other document would contain previous passport details?
