221(G) Improper Photos ( Darker Background )

My wifes H4 stamping was denied with 221 (g) - improper photo on 8/27/2003.

Received the denied PP : 8/28
ReSent the PP to DC : 8/30
DC revied the PP : 9/2
Received the Stamped PP: 9/16

Good Luck.

The address would be part of the 221 ( G ) document that would be received with the denied passport.
