221 g blue form for H4 visa

Hi all,
I attended H4 visa interview in hyderabad they gave me 221 g blue form and
retained my passport and said there is some internal issue and need administarative
processing. How long it would take for the processing?
If anybody go through this situation please give me reply I would be very thankful.

That is not neccessarily true. At times an AR is needed just to dwell into an applicants background.

Administrative processing mean to tell there is no additional background check, only look over that additional documentation that was requested.
