21 year old son sponsoring his Parents

Hi there, I hope you all are doing great.
I'm a 21 year old and wants to sponsor my family to US. I need to ask that whether I've to file a petition separately for my father and mother or a single petition for my father would do the rest? As my mother and my 14 year old sister are his dependents.
Secondly my another sister is above 21 but ain't married as yet. What shall I do to sponsor her?

You will be filing a separate I-130 for your father and mother. Your 14 year old sister will not be treated as a derivative or dependent of either of your parents, you will need to file a separate I-130 for her also. Same with the older sister. Bear in mind while your parents processing may take one to two years, your siblings’ could take 15 to 20 years.

Parent is an IR5 visa, and IR visas do not allow derivatives. Assuming you don’t want your 14 year old sibling to wait 15-20 years for a green card via an F4 sibling visa, the best route would probably be: you sponsor your parents (separate petitions), once they get green cards one of them sponsors a F2A petition for her as under-21 child of a green card holder. This will likely take around 2 years. If there is no-one to take care of her while she waits, one or both of your parents can file for a re-entry permit that will allow them up to 2 years outside the US so they can remain with her until she gets her visa.

Your parents can also file F2B for over 21 son/daughter of green card holder for the older sibling. This will take longer than the younger sibling, maybe 6-7 years, but it is still much faster than a sibling visa. The catch here is that this sibling will need to remain unmarried for this category (it is ok if they get married while waiting for a F4 sibling visa).
