20th day not received AP please help!!!!!

Today is 20th day I havent received my AP.I have applied AP from CSC for my self and for my wife on Sep 13th, and I got RFE on 21st OCT for photos, replied rfe on 25th OCT, AP approved on 29th OCT I haven't got any mail. I have called USCIS they are telling I have to wait unitl 30 days to apply new one. Please help.

same here, its been more than 20 days since approval and i haven't received my approval letter in mail, after calling USCIS i got the same reply!! but i got my EAD within 2 days.Don't know what's going on....
 
Re-apply for AP???

This is really crazy!

They expect you to re-apply !! Why should you have to re-apply?

Did you try going to the local office and arguing with them? You have an email that it was approved, take a printout, go to the local office and tell them that it seems very stupid for you to have to re-apply when clearly it should have arrived...
 
Yes I did going to LA district office no help from them. even it is emergency we need to start the process from step1 and wait for approval letter.
 
Did you have an address change?

I received my AP the same week after I got the approval email. In the approval email it says 14 days not 30 days before you can call

You applied at Oakland????
Shouldn't you have applied to the CSC at Laguna Niguel, CA?

Does this mean that one can re-apply at the local office if it does not arrive in mail in 30 days. or is it 14 days (as stated in the the receipt)?

Mine efiled too. RD: 9/28. AD: 10/31.
Applied with CSC.

Looks like everybody is receiving in a bunch :)
I guess you were the worst "affected".

It's safe to say that it is indeed taking 14-21 days after AD for the AP to "actually" arrive.

All's well that ends well....
 
AP Approved but not received in mail

Guys my A.P got approved on 16th of this month on line but not received any document in mail as yet.Please help.From past experience and also from the board i came to conclusion that it usually comes on Monday but i am not sure why.

does it really make sense????
it usually takes about 10 days for AP to come. don't worry and relax

See my signature...it usually takes appx 14 days after approval to arrive...look at other posts in the board as well...
