Hi! As we are getting closer to the March 8 filing dates for the 20K H-1 visas, I was wondering if there will be any new updates coming out? How certain is the fact that these H-1 can only be filed with VSC? Also, do we have to follow the new 4 level wage formula to calculate the prevailing wages? Any lawyers willing to shed some light on these topics?
