Need to see 2 to 3 more bulletin to know better of your chances. Based on my opinion, the embassies closure for few days in beginning of Aug across Africa and Middle East might create some hiccup for the interview to be schedule. That's why, Africa and Asia is not the same as other regions where it start with at least 10% of their respective max case #.
