This thread is for all DV EU lottery winner filing AOS .
My Case ( 2014EU00007***) . Currently on H1B ( expiring 6 years in April 2014 ) . I'm from India but wife ( on H4 right now ) from Ukraine.
2 May - Saw notification of selection with above case number.
10 May - Sent DSP122 , Barcode + 2 photograph each of Me/Wife to KCC.
10 May - Sent DV lottery Fee to Consulte.
Next steps :
- Waiting on Visa bulletein to be published in Aug/Sept to see current dates. Hoping Oct/Nov timeliness for my case number.
- File I-485 package , I-765 , Advance Parole , Supporting documents to Chicago office based on above step.
-Once notification received from chicago office , Get Biometrics , Interview and wait for GC , EAD to arrive.
Questions :
- Is anything missing/incorrect in steps above ?
- My EMployer based petition is also under process with Labor filing step in progress. Should I stop it all together. If Yes , at what stage ? Is I-140 ok to file or getting approved labor is where I should stop ?
