Ask them if your case is sent to the headquarter for further review, this might be the reason like in my case, I applied in 2014(SF), had interview in early 2014 and no decision yet!

I understand, I'm waiting for 2.5 years after interview. I mean did you send any letter or anybody helped you in getting the decision? Or did it come without doing anything.

Yes we sent an enquiry letter regarding delay.month ago

AO..and my lawyer sent this letter.
