What is the process involved from being selected for DV process to green card for student with F1 visa in US.

I tried looking for this in many forums but could not find any answer that explained all steps. (I am not quite sure what I should do next. Or if I will be late for something). I have sent DSP-122 and DS 230 as well as $330. When should I start medical or what should I do now. my CN is 3XXX.
